I map out how work actually moves through your business and build the connections, automations, and AI workflows that close those gaps. Sometimes that means making your current tools work harder. Sometimes it means replacing the ones that are not pulling their weight.

I map out what can be streamlined, automated, or connected, and you leave with a clear picture of what to fix first and what it would take. From there, I can build it or you can take the plan and run.

Starts at $350 CAD. Usually 60 to 90 minutes.

After the strategy session, I build what we scoped. That usually looks like some combination of: Notion workspaces for managing clients, projects, or content. Automations that connect your tools so data moves without you touching it. AI workflows that handle drafting, sorting, follow-ups, or decision support.

Everything is built around how you actually work, not how a template assumes you do.

Over 15 years of operations experience.

I have spent 15 years providing senior operational support to business leaders across industries: mortgage, wellness, tech, government, professional services. The breadth is the point. Operational problems repeat across sectors, and that cross-industry pattern recognition is what I bring to every engagement.

AI is the newest tool in the kit and I use it constantly. But the reason the systems I build actually hold is not the tool I reached for. It is the 15 years of watching how businesses actually work.
